CHECKS: We accept personal and business checks. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: We process returns daily. Since everyone makes mistakes, we feel it is important to correct them promptly and with no hassles. It is very important to completely fill in the information on the back of your invoice and return a copy with your item(s). Customers are welcome to return any unwanted parts that were shipped correct for refund; however, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Special Dated or Special Orders are non-returnable/refundable. No refund on shipping charges. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment and shipping must be prepaid. Any items returned to Chicago Corvette Supply without a copy of the invoice (back side filled out completely) will be returned to the customer. Kits are sold complete. Individual kit parts cannot be returned for credit. Prices, policies and descriptions subject to change without notice. DAMAGED ITEMS / MERCHANDISE: If you discover damages caused in shipping, notify Chicago Corvette Supply immediately for further instructions. Never disassemble any unit in an attempt to correct a problem -- such efforts will void all warranties expressed or implied. Please have the following information ready when you call: name, invoice number, customer number and description of the damaged merchandise. Always keep the original container and all packaging materials until instructed otherwise. Your order was inspected and carefully packaged -- It is the responsibility of the carrier to make certain your order arrives in the same good condition in which it left our company.
